The subject of the Postgraduate Studies Program (MSc) in “Exercise and Health” is to provide postgraduate students with education that enables them to acquire a strong scientific background, experience, and expertise in a particularly dynamic field of modern science.
Specifically, the aims of the MSc program are:
The MSc program provides specialized knowledge and skills in the following areas:
Graduates of the MSc program will be able to:
A. Prepare for doctoral-level postgraduate studies and work in international and national organizations and services related to Exercise and Health,
B. Teach in Schools of Physical Education, Public Administration, and Public Health, in Higher Technological Institutions, as well as in Secondary Education,
C. Work in positions requiring relevant knowledge and expertise,
D. Additionally, the program aims to provide further training for professionals already working in relevant organizations and services, enhancing the quality of the services they offer.
The MSc program leads to the award of a Master’s Degree in “Exercise and Health” upon successful completion of studies in accordance with the curriculum.
The degree is awarded by the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.
