Access to the University’s Certified Services (e-mail, e-class, VPN, etc.)

A) Access to the University’s certified services requires a Username and Password.

B) To obtain these, you must visit the website http://webadm.uoa.gr and submit a “New Account Request” as a Postgraduate Student.

C) After completing the online application, print it out and submit it to the Postgraduate Program Secretariat for signature and stamp from the Responsible Professor, and then a stamp from the Medical School Secretariat.

D) Upon completing the application (*), you will be issued a protocol number and PIN, which must be saved (required for account activation).

E) Next, receive the signed and stamped form and send it via E-MAIL to: helpdesk@uoa.gr (the “key” service of NKUA). Account activation typically takes about 3 working days.

F) Finally, inform the Postgraduate Program Secretariat of the e-mail account you obtained.
